Do I need tools to assemble it?
Nope! All Beer Deer kits are designed for easy slide-together assembly. No glue, screws, or frustration required.
Each mount also comes with a built-in hanging slot, and most people just use a push pin or small nail to hang it up. No wall anchors, no drama.
Can I return it?
Absolutely. We offer 30-day returns on any unopened or unused kits. Plus, if anything arrives damaged, just shoot us a message and we’ll make it right.
How fast is shipping?
We ship out of our office in Greenville, South Carolina and usually get orders on their way within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 days. You'll get tracking as soon as it hits the road!
Do you offer free shipping?
Sometimes! We run various promos throughout the year where you're able to get free standard shipping on orders over a specified subtotal (after discounts and before taxes and shipping).
Free shipping is automatically applied to your order once conditions are met. It can also be combined with other promos.

All orders are hand packaged and shipped directly from our warehouse located in Greenville, SC!
Where do you ship to
Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States, including all (50) states, along with Washington, D.C. and the Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, and Pacific.

All Beer Deer products are available for purchase directly through our website and shipped to you.

How do backorders work? When will my backorder ship?
We are trying our best to supply the demand, but our products sometimes “fly” off the shelf quicker than we can restock! If an item is sold out and we have more arriving soon, we will offer a backorder, which allows you to reserve your cooler before it's available. Once we are restocked, we fulfill all orders in the order they were received.
If you placed an order that contains a backordered item, all items within that order will be held until the backordered item is restocked and available to ship.
If you would like us to split your order to ship available items now and backordered items once they become available, please contact us, and be sure to include your Order Number.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
We do offer discounts for bulk orders! For large orders, please contact us with your order details for a discount code.
Does Beer Deer offer officially licensed products?
Yes! All Beer Deer products are officially licensed by the respective beer brands represented on the product. We strive to maintain a strong, upstanding relationship with all of our licensors!
